During Invisible Disabilities Week, we want to remind everyone that some of the hardest battles are fought quietly. A Participant might look perfectly fine on the outside, but underneath, they are expending massive amounts of energy just to navigate focus, daily routines, and everyday tasks.

True disability support isn't about looking for physical signs. It's about listening, understanding, and providing calm guidance when things feel overwhelming.
