I see many of clients that ask me this question “What is grief”?

Grief is the emotional pain we feel after losing someone or something important to us.
It can come from death, broken relationships, miscarriage, losing a job, losing a home, financial hardship, lost friendships, or even losing a part of yourself.

Grief is not weakness.
It is love, attachment, hope, and memories adjusting to loss.
Everyone experiences it differently, and there is no “right” way or timeline to heal.
