We know that our communities have numerous needs, some of them complex, but all are addressable by delivering services close to home, in a culturally relevant way, and that keeps them out of the hospital or other high-acuity services. Through a single point of contact, individuals can connect to a full spectrum of care and support. We provide a diverse range of services to the community including General Medical and Dental Services, Home-based Aged Care, Family Services case management, Alcohol and Drug counselling, Gambler’s Help counselling, Generalist counselling, Financial Counselling, Acquired Brain Injury case management and community-based recreational programs, Allied health therapy services, and Health Promotion. For referrals and intake please contact: 1300 472 432

IPC Health complies with a range of healthcare standards and is accredited accordingly by Quality, Innovation, Performance (QIP). We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we are located and we pay our respects to them, their culture, and their Elders past and present. IPC Health values diversity and is committed to creating safe, supportive and welcoming services to diverse populations, including, but not limited to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people; lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex (LGBTI Individuals); people of all abilities; people experiencing health inequities; and culturally and linguistically diverse individuals.

🌟 Living with persistent pain? You don't have to manage it alone. 🌟

As part of National Pain Week, we're shining a spotlight on Power Over Pain, IPC Health's interdisciplinary program designed to support people living with persistent pain.

Power Over Pain brings together a team of health professionals including a wellbeing coordinator, pain nurse, pharmacist, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, psychologist and pain specialist to help people better understand and manage their pain through education, support and practical strategies.

The program includes:
✔ Pain science education
✔ Psychosocial support
✔ Group sessions
✔ Coordinated care planning
✔ Support from a multidisciplinary team
✔ Collaboration with GPs and other healthcare providers

This National Pain Week, we're also celebrating IPC Health pharmacist Dr Pene Wood, who was recently featured in the Australian Pain Society newsletter for her leadership in pain management and advocacy for the important role pharmacists play in supporting people living with pain.

If you or someone you know is living with persistent pain, support is available. Call us on 1300 472 432 today.

📱 Heads up! A nationwide emergency alert test is happening on Monday 27 July at 2pm (AEST).

Australia's new emergency warning system, AusAlert, will send a test alert to compatible phones, smart watches and some tablets across the country. Devices will vibrate and play a loud warning sound for around 10 seconds. This is only a test and you do not need to take any action when you receive the alert.

⚠️ Important safety information
If you have a hidden or secondary phone that must remain undiscovered for your safety, please plan ahead. The alert may sound even if a device is on silent or Do Not Disturb. Consider switching the device off or putting it in aeroplane mode before the test.

Please also consider sharing this information with family, friends or community members who may be affected.

On Saturday, we joined local residents at Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre to connect people with the services, programs and support available right here in our community.

IPC Health is committed to helping people stay Well for Life through early intervention, prevention and affordable services that support the whole person—not just the symptom.

It was wonderful to see so many community members stop by, ask questions and learn more about the help available to them. Hearing people say they feel confident there is support out there and someone they can talk to is exactly why events like this matter.

Thank you to everyone who attended, and to The Hon. Natalie Suleyman MP for joining us and supporting this important community event.

Could you be at risk of diabetes?

Diabetes is one of Australia's most common chronic health conditions, and early intervention can make a significant difference to health outcomes. Through screening, education and supportive care, we can help reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

This National Diabetes Week, IPC Health is inviting our community to stop by one of our free health promotion stalls and have a chat with our friendly Diabetes Education team.

💙 Learn more about diabetes
💙 Understand your risk factors
💙 Access a free diabetes risk screening
💙 Discover ways to stay healthy and reduce your risk of chronic disease

📍 Drop by an IPC Health campus this Thursday 16 July (no bookings needed!):
Deer Park – 10am to 12pm
Wyndham Vale – 9am to 11am
Hoppers Crossing – 1.30pm to 3.30pm

This year's National Diabetes Week theme, Living Out Loud, celebrates the voices and experiences of people living with diabetes and encourages all Australians to learn more about this common health condition. Comment below what you wish people knew about diabetes ⬇️

Together, we can take small steps today that support better health tomorrow. 💙

❤️🖤💛 50 Years of Deadly: NAIDOC Week 2026

This NAIDOC Week, we celebrate 50 Years of Deadly and the enduring strength, cultures and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

It's the perfect time to reflect on the importance of amplifying First Nations voices and stories. We're resharing the story behind the beautiful mural at our Wyndham campus, painted by Aunt Sue, a respected Elder from our Wyndham Vale community.

More than a mural, it's a celebration of culture, connection, identity and belonging.
At IPC Health, we know wellbeing is about more than healthcare. Through our Well for Life approach, we recognise the important role culture plays in supporting health, wellbeing and community connection.

Watch the mural come to life and join us in celebrating the stories, knowledge and culture that make our communities stronger: https://youtu.be/NpoIFXqIuCc
