DO MORE OF WHAT LIGHTS UP YOUR SOUL ✨

Stop waiting.

For the right time.
For permission.
For everyone else to be okay with your choices.
For life to magically become less busy.

Because the truth is, there will always be something.

Something that needs doing.
Another responsibility.
Another reason to put yourself last.

Today’s Sunday Session of Sound was a full house at the beautiful Pambula Surf Life Saving Club 🤍✨

Thank you to each and every person who joined me. What a beautiful way to spend a Sunday afternoon - pausing, breathing, receiving and simply being.

And then, during the session, a whole mob of Yellow-tailed Black Cockatoos (my favourites 🥹🖤💛) arrived outside while I was playing my quartz crystal bowls. Hearing their calls alongside the sounds of the bowls was such a magical and unexpected part of the experience ✨

I’m already looking forward to next month’s session!
