What a fantastic night at our AGM! From celebrating our amazing award winners to sharing birthday cake and reflecting on 30 years of Crosslinks, it was a night full of smiles, laughter and great company.

The Crosslinks crew came together for a Pink Morning Tea to raise awareness of breast cancer and show our support for everyone affected.

There was plenty of pink, delicious treats and great conversations, all for an important cause!

Growing Great Leaders at Crosslinks 🌱

Great leadership starts with understanding people, and that's exactly what our Area Managers and new team members have been exploring through our professionally tailored leadership development sessions.

Led by Luisa Hogan, these sessions have been packed with real-life scenarios, thought-provoking questions and practical tools to help our team better understand, connect with and support the people they work with.

With one session to go, it's all about building confidence, encouraging open conversations and becoming the kind of leaders who really listen and bring out the best in others.

Look out, Melbourne... Joshua, Stevie and Elliot are packing their bags to head east this weekend to represent Western Australia's ten-pin bowling team at the National Special Olympics! 🏅✈️

And the excitement has already begun!

Joshua and Stevie recently joined the Law Enforcement Torch Run -Western Australia , celebrating as the Flame of Hope began its journey towards Melbourne 🔥

With Final Leg Torch Runs through Forrest Place and along the stunning coastline from Scarborough to Trigg, it was the perfect way to get the pre-Game excitement building ✨

We're incredibly proud of Joshua, Stevie and Elliot, and can't wait to cheer them on from back home!
