FIRST MOON CIRCLE

Join me for a guided afternoon; discovering the seasons of the menstrual cycle. A time to learn. Share excitement and fears as menarche (first period) approaches.

I invite girls 8 - 12 years of age for an afternoon of sharing food, stories, learning & period product play.

Take home a 24 page first moon guide, beaded bracelet representing the 4 seasons of the cycle and a goodie bag.

I often talk with my students and clients about don't think JUST DO.

Its not about being mindless, but sometimes if we don't take a leap, life will just stay the same.

You can take time to discover yourself, have a new opinion or idea. But it takes courage to to listen to yourself and make sense of who you are with out the daily clutter.

I missed teaching my regular Yoga classes over the last 2 weeks.
Whilst reflecting;
I remember one of my main aims when I opened my studio was to build community & connection.

I am so proud of myself & all the wonderful women that continue to show up to find some space for themselves.

I offer a free introduction class if anyone is on the fence and wants to come check the vibe.
