A **DNA (Did Not Attend)** is when an appointment is booked but the patient doesn’t attend and hasn’t cancelled with enough notice.

That appointment could have been offered to another patient who may be waiting to see a GP.

With demand for appointments high, every available appointment matters. 💚

Our DNA fee isn’t about punishing patients — it helps encourage early cancellations so we have the opportunity to offer that appointment to somebody else.

Sexual health is an important part of your overall health — and getting tested should be just as normal as checking your blood pressure or having routine blood tests.

STIs don’t always come with obvious symptoms. In fact, you can feel completely well and still have an infection.

• You’ve had unprotected s*x
• You or your partner have had multiple partners
• You’ve noticed unusual discharge, irritation, sores, pain or other changes
