Macarthur Women’s Health Centre, in collaboration with Hands-On First Aid, is hosting a Free First Aid Awareness Session for Women.

This practical and informative session aims to empower women in the Macarthur region with essential first aid knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in everyday emergency situations. Participants will learn the basics of first aid, including how to recognise common emergencies, provide immediate assistance, and understand appropriate actions while waiting for medical support.

The session is designed to improve health and safety awareness within the community and provide women with valuable skills that can support themselves, their families, and others during times of need.
