Low impact doesn’t mean low benefit.

For a lot of people, cycling feels more manageable than running or jumping, especially when the joints need a different kind of load.

But that doesn’t mean it’s “easy”.

Air bike training can still build:
• leg strength
• cardiovascular fitness
• work capacity
• coordination
• endurance

It’s also a great option for people wanting to move more without feeling smashed afterwards.

On World Bicycle Day, this is your reminder that movement doesn’t have to look extreme to be effective.

Sometimes the best place to start is the version your body feels more confident doing.
