Looking for a place to move your body this winter?

At Island Healing, we run a weekly timetable of classes in our studio designed to help you build strength, ease tension and feel more supported in your body — no matter your fitness level or experience.

Our current classes include:

🧘‍♀️ Yoga Flow — for strength, breath and steadiness
💪 Mat Pilates & Barre Pilates — precise, low-impact strength work
🌙 Yin Yoga — slow, restorative and grounding
💃 Dance Fit — movement that's fun, not clinical

Bring the kids along too — our Barre Pilates and Dance Fit classes are kid-friendly, so you don't have to choose between moving your body and being with your little ones.

Classes run across the week. Mornings, evenings and Saturdays — so there's likely something that fits your schedule.

You don't need experience to start. Come as you are, and we'll meet you there.

Something we want to share with you openly and honestly.

Running a wellness clinic means holding a lot. The quality of care, the people who deliver it, the space that holds it all together. And like every small business navigating this season of rising costs that just keep coming, we've had to take a careful, considered look at our pricing.

From 14th July, we'll be updating our treatment, studio and consultation fees across the clinic.

This isn't a decision we made lightly. It's one we've sat with for a while. Our clinic prices haven't moved in some time — we've been absorbing what we could, for as long as we could but to continue showing up for you at the standard you deserve, this step is necessary.

We want you to know:

✅ Our prices remain competitive within the industry
✅ The quality of care you receive is not changing, only our ability to sustain it
✅ We're committed to being transparent with you, always

If you'd like to lock in current pricing, we'd love to see you before 14th July.
