At GROW Paediatrics, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. Growing children. Supporting families. Building community.

We are a multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, complex care nurses, lead practitioners, allied health assistants who support children (0-18 years) and families across feeding including tube feeding and feeding complexities, communication, play, regulation, sleep, toileting, development and complex care. Based in Albury-Wodonga, we provide clinic, home, school, childcare and telehealth services, taking a whole-child approach that looks beyond individual skills to understand the bigger picture. Our goal is simple: to help children participate more confidently in everyday life and to ensure families feel supported, empowered and heard along the way.

🧠 What if keeping up with research actually felt doable?

After almost 20 years as a Speech Pathologist, feeding therapist, educator and lecturer, I’ve read a LOT of research.

I’ve also saved a LOT of papers that I was absolutely, definitely going to come back to. 😂

And that’s exactly where GROW your brain came from.

More Girls Group Fun! 🤩

Today was our final session of the term! We celebrated together and took some time to reflect on the term and all the amazing things the girls have accomplished.

Term 4 is just around the corner, and we’re looking forward to welcoming back our current girls, as well as some new faces!

Growing, connecting and imagining together!

Our Girls Group is a wonderful space where the girls build friendships, confidence and social skills.

Through fun, creative activities, they work as a team, encourage one another, share ideas and celebrate each other.

It’s beautiful to see their imaginations come alive as they explore, create and express themselves together.
