We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Optical Dispenser to join our friendly independent optometry practice in the heart of Parramatta.

About the Role
This is a part-time position of up to 28 hours per week across 4 days.

Working hours:
Weekdays: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (weekdays are negotiable)
Saturday: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (Saturday availability is essential)

Your responsibilities will include:
Optical dispensing and personalised lens recommendations.
Assisting patients with frame selection and eyewear styling.
Taking accurate measurements, fitting, adjustments, and repairs.
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey.
Supporting the optometrist and maintaining a welcoming, professional practice environment.

About You
You will:
Have previous optical dispensing experience (preferred).
Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
Enjoy working in a supportive team and fast-paced environment.
Have a keen eye for fashion and attention to detail.
Hold full working rights in Australia.
