LikeMind is a service for adults aged between 25 and 65 years of age with mental health concerns, as well as their families and carers. You can access a range of community and health services in one location. We work together, and with you, to address your mental health needs, and any other concerns you may have. Your journey begins with a trained healthcare professional, working with you to under

stand your specific needs, listening to your goals, and helping you develop a Coordinated Care Plan to achieve them. We will then connect you with the services you need, like:

- Mental Health care
- Drug and Alcohol services
- Employment and Training support
- Housing assistance
- Access to Psychologists, Social Workers and more.

This Thursday, join the Blue Moto Community Wellness Walk as we come together to recognise Men’s Health Week and promote the importance of connection, wellbeing, and looking after ourselves and each other.

Men’s Health Week is an opportunity to raise awareness of the health challenges faced by men and encourage conversations about physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Walking together is a simple but powerful way to support health, reduce stress, and strengthen community connections. Whether you come with friends, family, colleagues, or on your own, everyone is welcome.
