The FINAL beta round of The EMBODY Method is now open 🤍

If you’re someone who…

Snaps at your kids over something tiny, then feels awful afterwards.

Replays a conversation in your head wondering if you said the wrong thing.

Feels irritated when someone asks you for one more thing because you’re already at capacity.

Can’t sit down without thinking about what needs to be done next.

Says “I’m fine” and keeps going, even when you know you’re not.

Feels exhausted but still can’t properly switch off.

Knows you’re overreacting in the moment but can’t seem to stop it.

Or you’ve done a lot of work on yourself, but your body still seems to respond before your mind can catch up…

The EMBODY Method was created for you.

This isn’t just about learning tools to calm yourself down.

Over 12 weeks, we work together to build greater capacity, understand your patterns and create more space between what you feel and how you respond.

So you can feel more connected to yourself within the reality of your actual life.

The final beta round closes at the end of September.

You’re going to get anxious. You’re going to feel overwhelmed. You’re going to say something you wish you’d worded differently, feel awkward after a conversation, get triggered by someone’s response or have moments where you don’t handle things the way you hoped you would.

That doesn’t mean your nervous system work isn’t working.

The goal was never to become so regulated that nothing affects you.

The goal is to build the capacity to feel the discomfort without becoming consumed by it.

To notice the shame without spending the next three days replaying what you said.

To feel anxiety without immediately needing to make it disappear.

To let someone be disappointed without rushing to fix it.

To have a hard moment without turning it into “What’s wrong with me?”

Because regulation isn’t the absence of uncomfortable emotions.

Drop a 🫶 below if this resonates

It’s your growing ability to stay connected to yourself while you move through them.

THE EMBODY Method is about more than learning how to regulate your nervous system.

It’s a 12-week journey of learning how to understand your body, meet yourself differently and build the capacity to stay connected to yourself through real life.

And every part of EMBODY represents that process:

E — Establish Safety
Creating the foundations for your body to experience more safety, rather than trying to think your way there.

M — Meet the Body
Learning to notice your body’s signals, sensations and responses instead of automatically overriding them.

B — Build Awareness
Recognising the patterns, triggers and protective responses that have been operating beneath the surface.

O — Open to Emotion
Building the capacity to feel and move through emotion without immediately suppressing, fixing or escaping it.

D — Develop Regulation
Expanding your ability to move through activation and come back to yourself.

Y — Yield to Self-Trust
Learning to listen to yourself, honour what you need and trust your ability to navigate what comes up.

Because the goal isn’t to never feel overwhelmed, activated or emotional again.

It’s to have more capacity to meet yourself when you do.

And seeing clients already notice these shifts showing up in the ordinary moments of their lives is exactly what this work is about. 🤍

You’re doing all the “right” things.

Breathwork. Meditation. Journalling. Eating balanced diet. Saunas. Morning sunlight. Nervous-system exercises.

Yet you still feel easily overwhelmed, reactive, wired, exhausted, or completely shut down, the moment something emotionally uncomfortable appears.

And you’re wondering why you’ve plateaued.

Here’s what may actually be happening:

You’re using tools to support your nervous system, but still avoiding the emotions, needs and protective patterns your body doesn’t yet feel safe enough to meet.

So when sadness, anger, disappointment, shame or vulnerability surfaces, you distract yourself, overthink it, rationalise it, stay busy…or reach for another regulation tool to make it disappear.

And just to be clear: those tools aren’t the problem.

Breathwork, movement, meditation and nervous-system practices can all be incredibly supportive.

But regulation isn’t about keeping yourself calm enough to never feel anything uncomfortable.

Real regulation is building the capacity to experience emotion without your body treating it like an emergency, or abandoning yourself to escape it.

The goal isn’t to force yourself to feel everything at once or become overwhelmed by it. It’s to gently build enough internal safety to notice what’s there, remain connected to yourself and allow emotion to move through at a pace your body can tolerate.

Lots of new faces around here, so let me properly introduce myself 👋🏼

Born in Sydney, but Perth is now home.

Former superyacht stew, world traveller, mum of two and lifelong lover of a good kip.

Food is life. Health and wellbeing are also life… which is probably why I love the work I do so much.

I get to help women understand themselves, reconnect with who they are and find more balance. Not the perfectly regulated, green-smoothie-and-morning-routine kind of balance. Realistic balance that actually exists within the beautiful chaos of real life.

I’m endlessly curious about people, patterns and what makes us tick. I’m big on informed choice and bodily autonomy, deep chats over small talk and, naturally, a margie and a tune.

Now it’s your turn. Tell me something about you 👇🏼

This is the work we do inside The Embody Method.

So you can notice what you need before reaching breaking point, feel less reactive when everyone needs something from you, and stop moving through your days completely disconnected from yourself.

Less overwhelm. More capacity. More connection to you. 🤍

Only Two spots left for this beta round.

Ok, we’ve ALL been there 😂

It’s not really about the chewing.

It’s the 47 other things you’ve been holding, managing, remembering and responding to all day… and somehow the chewing is what tips you over the edge.

Sometimes the smallest things feel HUGE when you’re already at capacity.

If you’ve been feeling overstimulated AF and like you’re one tiny thing away from losing it…

DM RESET and I’ll send you a simple place to start creating less overwhelm + more capacity. 🤍

Alternatively, let’s work 1:1 to stabilise and recalibrate those sensory pathways.

Or even better come see me for some 1:1 hands on to reduce that sensory overload. 🤸

If you keep saying “I’m fine” because it feels like there’s no time to actually feel, because if you stop, you’re worried you might completely fall apart, and everyone still needs something from you…

But underneath, you’re overstimulated AF, overwhelmed and one more request away from completely losing your sh*t…

DM RESET for a simple practice to help you pause, settle your body and create a little more space within. 🤍
