This isn’t the post I ever imagined writing.
For months, we’ve been dreaming and planning a shared site office,a space that would be the next big step for both Aequora and my husband’s business. We did everything right, every bit of due diligence, every check we could think of. It felt like we had found the right company to build our office and give us the big break.
But the company TKI Australia Pty Ltd (it’s not changed)turned out to be a scam. !!!
We lost a large deposit, and the banks have confirmed it can’t be recovered. To say we’re heartbroken doesn’t even touch the sides. We’re gutted. It’s a huge setback, emotionally, financially, and in all the ways you feel when you’ve poured your hopes into something that suddenly disappears.
Right now, I’m sitting in the space between grief and grit… waiting for the silver lining, trusting that one will come, even if I can’t see it yet.
I’m still treating clients, Aequora continues but I’ll also be taking a little time to regroup and rebuild my confidence after such a blow. If you’re happy for me to stay mobile or welcome you into my lounge room clinic, I’m here, and I’m still committed to helping you feel your best.
So it’s back to planning, back to rebuilding, back to finding the next path forward.
Setbacks don’t get the final say.
