Red Earth Health Solutions has the aim of providing a tailored single sourced Occupational Health Solutions

Established in 2010, Red Earth Health Solutions Pty Ltd began as the demand for industry experienced Occupational Health Services outgrew the consulting business of one of its Directors - Sue Steele. Jen Pearce teamed up with Sue to form Red Earth Health Solutions with the aim of providing a tailored single sourced Occupational Health solution for mining and industry based clients. Our methodology
With a diverse client base, there is no room for a ‘one-size-fits’ all approach. With this in mind we adhere to a truly personalised approach. We believe that the key to maximising return on your investment, is to tailor our services to suit your specific business environment, requirements and objectives. As we reflect on the Kalgoorlie Desert Race weekend, we first extend our heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of the official who tragically did not return home. Our thoughts are with them and the wider racing community during this difficult time.

A special thank you to our REHS medical team on the ground, whose skill, dedication and teamwork were called upon to provide significant support to injured drivers and riders throughout the weekend.

Our team did what they do best—providing care when it mattered most, with support both on the ground and from the air. We are deeply grateful for their professionalism and compassion, and to everyone who worked alongside them.

To those injured during the racing, we send our best wishes for a smooth recovery.

🙌 Thank you to the organisers, officials, volunteers, competitors and support crews for their commitment throughout a difficult weekend. We remain committed to supporting the racing community and look forward to continuing that support in 2027 and beyond. 🏍️🏎️ 🚁🚑

REHS is heading back into the red dirt of the Goldfields for our 10th year as medical coordinators and first response support at the Kalgoorlie Desert Race—the fourth and final round of the 2026 Motorsport Australia Off Road Championship happening this weekend in Kalgoorlie!

Sue Steele is back leading the charge, bringing more than 20 years of medical leadership in the sport, backed by our dedicated team of remote area clinicians.
As competitors push themselves and their machines to the limit, our medical team is standing by—ready to respond on the ground or from the sky.

🔥 Dust, grit and full-throttle action, doing what we love—it’s what keeps us coming back!
