Happy International Women Chiropractors Day! 💜
Today we’re celebrating three women of Bespoke Chiropractic Manning, who show up every day to help people feel better, function better, and live better.

Dr Aimee — Holistic chiropractor, women’s health diplomate, NET practitioner, and your go-to for understanding the whole picture of your health. She has a special love for supporting women through health and hormonal changes across all stages of life.

Dr Katie — Webster Technique certified and passionate about pregnancy care. She creates a safe, supported space for mamas-to-be, and brings that same warmth and skill to every patient she sees. A lover of all things NET too.

Dr Micha — Our nervous system nerd (in the best way 🙌). Micha loves all things sympathetic dominance and nervous system management, and combines chiropractic with dry needling to get you real results.

During pregnancy, your body and nervous system is doing a lot! It’s constantly adapting and changing as your baby grows 🤰

The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic assessment and adjustment technique which we use for our pregnant clients. It focuses on pelvic balance, sacral function, and reducing tension in the surrounding muscles and ligaments.

Many pregnant women seek chiropractic care to help with discomfort during pregnancy, lower back pain, round ligament discomfort and p***c symphysis pain. Chiropractic care can also help keep your nervous system calm, relaxed and ready for anything the day throws at you 🧠 💪
