VEYA COLLECTIVE TURNS TWO 🧡

I can’t believe it’s been two years since I started my yoga teaching adventure, particular my MOVE PLUNGE SIP sessions!

To have you all show up from day one, it has been a dream come true and such a pleasure to have you all join my yogi family.

The commitment you all make to the 5:30am start every week amazes me! The friendships that have been developed, the many first time yogis I’ve been able to guide through a class, the openness to jumping into the ocean when you felt drawn and to stay around to connect with others over a hot drink, all before 7:30am!

We joke in saying that it feels like you’ve had a whole day before your day starts, but I guess that’s kind of true! I’m here to have a place for you all as my yogi family, to allow you this experience in your week to blend movement, nature and connection all into one, as it just feels so good!

A whole lotta love for all of you who have supported me over these years, it means so much 🧡🧡🧡

SEAGALS WINTER WELLNESS MORNING

No pressure. No performance. No need to have it all together.

Just a group of women rolling out of bed, showing up as we are, moving our bodies by the ocean, sharing a coffee, some sweet treats and a few laughs.

YIN + TEA

Thank you to all those who joined me last night to celebrate the winter solstice coming this weekend ❄️✨

Together we took time through a Yin practice enabling moments to slow down, move our focus internally and bring intention to how we can keep nourishing ourselves this winter season.

With delicious MOOD Tea to sip on afterwards, it was a cozy evening shared 🧡

WINTER SOLSTICE YIN YOGA + TEA

As we approach the Winter Solstice, you're invited to gather for an evening of slowing down and reconnecting.

Through a nourishing Yin Yoga practice, we'll create space to pause and reflect on the season behind us while preparing to welcome the quieter energy of winter. Afterwards, stay for a warm cup of tea and community connection as we share in this seasonal transition together.

A gentle opportunity to honour the lead-up to the Winter Solstice and embrace winter's invitation to rest, replenish, and turn inward.

INTRODUCING VEYA COLLECTIVE

Same, same, but different! If you do a cheeky swipe across you’ll see just how excited I am about this change in brand. A moment of growth from what was to what is now and I’m so excited to share this journey with you all.

Veya in Sanskrit translates to ‘woven basket’, so with this shift, I’m allowing a space for all my passions to weave together as one and allow you all to take this journey with me, held together in this community I am grateful to call home.

Thank you everyone for your constant support and I can’t wait to share this next adventure with you all 🧡
