I am so honoured to have facilitated at the Kindred House – Yin, Pin & Sound event. ✨

The energy in the space was absolutely phenomenal, and sharing this experience alongside these incredible soul sisters was such a blessing.

I absolutely love what I do. With every event I facilitate, I meet beautiful souls, create meaningful connections, and have the opportunity to collaborate with like-hearted people. It truly feels like magic.

As a practitioner, there is nothing more rewarding than watching someone choose themselves again and again and to witness the shifts become such a profound change is why I love what I do.

This spotlight isn’t just about celebrating one incredible client. It’s also about celebrating what becomes possible when we give ourselves permission to heal, grow and receive support.

There are moments in life that invite us to remember who we are beneath the noise.

Friday 24th July, Jess and Tash Natasha Quintanilla - Quantum Kinesiologist come together to open the doors to the Blue Temple - an evening of ceremony, connection, quantum healing, sound, and the wisdom of water.

Together, we’ll gather in a sacred circle, sharing butterfly pea flower tea and intentional practices as we enter a portal of deeper remembrance.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been. We are the temple.

Every time I use my voice in my wound healings, it feels as though I’m telling a story that doesn’t belong to me alone or sometimes it does. It’s a story woven from the energy in the room, the people who gather, the rhythm of the drum, the silence, and something far more ancient than language.

As I tuned into the frequency of last night’s space, I felt as though I had stepped into another realm. A place where sound moved freely, where the voice wasn’t judged or restrained, but transmitted as prayer, remembrance, and expression.

There was a strong feeling of returning to something familiar. A remembering that our voices were NEVER meant to be silenced or confined to perfection. They were meant to tremble, to rise, to call, to grieve, to celebrate, and to belong 🤍

It felt like I was in an angelic realm just spreading my wings and felt nothing by love, and interestingly enough I’ve had 3 people who attended who felt it saw angels whilst in meditation 🤍🪽such a beautiful experience not to share.

Maybe this is why sound feels like medicine. Not because it heals us, but because it helps us remember who we have always been from the very beginning.
