✨ What an incredible July School Holidays! ✨

Over the past couple of weeks we have had the absolute privilege of running our Sandy Toes & Big Feelings, Creature Comforts, and Pieces of Me workshops—and wow... what a success they were! 💛

Every single workshop nearly sold out (some in less than a week!), and seeing the children and young people laugh, create, connect and grow was everything we hoped for and more.

These were not just craft workshops. Every activity was intentionally designed to build emotional regulation, resilience, confidence and important life skills through creativity, play and hands-on experiences. Watching all our participants leave feeling proud, connected and empowered was truly something special.

The feedback has honestly blown us away...

🎉 Introducing our newest clinician 🎉

We are so excited to welcome Declan to the Mindful Magic team, with appointments available from Monday, 27th July! 💚

Declan is a compassionate Social Worker and Therapist with a warm, strengths-based approach to supporting young people and their families. With additional training in DBT, Schema Therapy and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, he has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family and domestic violence, and emotional and behavioural challenges.

🌿 Declan has a particular passion for supporting young males aged 9+ through a holistic therapeutic mentoring approach, helping build confidence, emotional resilience and healthy coping strategies.
