Do you know headspace Eastern Shore offers the headspace Early Psychosis Program?
The headspace Early Psychosis program offers free, confidential support for young people aged 12–25 who are at risk of developing psychosis or are experiencing an early episode of psychosis.
Psychosis is an experience where a person has trouble interpreting the world around them. They might see or hear things others don’t or have unusual thoughts or beliefs. Psychosis is often frightening for the person experiencing it, and they might feel misunderstood by those around them. Importantly, with the right support, most people have a good recovery.
The headspace Early Psychosis program provides specialist clinical case managers, as well as a range of peer support and family workers, who’ll work with young people and their family to support their individual needs.
