Getting ready to apply for the NDIS?

There’s a lot to think about, and knowing what information to include can make the application process a little easier.

At Choice Support Plus, support isn’t about deciding what someone should enjoy. It’s about helping our participants get out there and do more of the things they already love.

For Andrew, that means getting out on the dirt bike!

You know it’s warming up when there’s no snow on Cradle Mountain!

Doesn’t mean it’s not still cold though!

Mason headed up to Cradle Mountain this morning, jumped on the shuttle bus and made it all the way to Dove Lake before heading back.

A little early birthday celebration for Matthew!

Phil and Jack love their wrestling! 🤼‍♂️🙌

They had a fantastic night out catching all the action and enjoying one of their favourite things together.

We love being able to support people to get out into the community and spend time doing what they genuinely enjoy.
