TASSIECARE SERVICES VISITS Indie School Devonport: Learning, Connection and Better Futures

TassieCare Services sincerely thanks Mr Wade Symmons and the team at Indie School Devonport for welcoming our team and providing a wonderful tour of the school’s new facilities, programs and services.

It was inspiring to see how thoughtfully the learning environment has been designed with safety, wellbeing, inclusion and therapeutic support at its heart. Even more impressive was the passion and dedication of the Indie School team and their commitment to creating a safe, secure and promising future for children and young people.

Several members of the TassieCare Services team attended the tour, gaining valuable insight into Indie School’s programs, its work within the community and its collaboration with schools and government services. There was plenty of conversation, shared learning, laughter and discussion about our common goals for supporting young people to thrive.

This is what positive community engagement looks like: strong relationships, genuine inclusion, mutual respect and organisations working together for better outcomes.

Thank you once again, Mr Symmons and the entire Indie School team, for your warm hospitality and the meaningful work you do every day. We look forward to strengthening this positive relationship and exploring future opportunities to collaborate. 💜
