There’s something I’ve been quietly ignoring for a while.
My knees.
I’ve just been away in Queensland for a heart centred business conference, followed by some time with friends.
It was lovely. Good conversations, good people and beautiful weather.
The place we stayed also had stairs.
And my knees made it fairly clear that ignoring something and hoping it gets better isn’t really a plan.
I realised it’s starting to hold me back from enjoying things as much as I’d like.
It also made me think about the things we quietly put up with in business.
For wellness practitioners, rebooking can be one of them.
You know you’d like more clients to return.
You might know there are parts of the client journey that could work better.
But because nothing feels terribly wrong, it’s easy to leave it for another day.
Sometimes it’s not one big problem.
It’s a few small gaps that are worth noticing.
That’s what my free How Rebookable Is Your Practice? assessment is designed to help you uncover.
