We met this lovely young lady as a music teacher with a small studio across the Road from us. She organised her young students to play end of term concerts for us, which we adore and always gave us a song herself to round out the show.
We also knew she is an aspiring artist and now Alisay Rae has her first Album Release "For the Night" out and David was lucky enough to be invited to the launch on Saturday Night.

Classical Music at Morning Coffee
Renaissance was host to another group of talented musicians on Wednesday, this time leaning into the classical space.
Julia Rozenkov, and her talented friends were looking to stay sharp over the school holidays, so she rallied them together to put on an amazing show for us, featuring duets and solos on piano, violin, cello. Performing works by works by Tchaikovsky, Debussy, Beethoven, Chopin and Prokofiev, these young artists had us spellbound, I mean they are seriously seriously good.
The performance followed on from our usual Wednesday morning barista coffee with Victoria and was so well received we are already organising to have them back during the next school break.

It was terrific to have Alisya Reas Music Studio students back in for Term 2, 2026. You can see the enjoyment on the kids face as they perform and how they respond to our residents applause. For many of the students its their 4th or 5th time performing at Renaissance and their confidence has grown with the familiarity.

We had the kids from Alisya Rae Music Studio performing for us last night. It's such a fun night for everyone when the kids and their families come into our village and perform... This is the 5th time now, so we are starting to know them as individuals and can definitely see the improvement in both skill and confidence.
The Term 1 2026 performance had everything really, from late arrivals (due to other concert commitments) through to some on stage nerves that turned into a triumphant return. It had wonderful Duets and Preludes and of course some stellar solo performances.
The difficult thing is to decide what images and videos to post as they are all so good and adorable.
