The residents of Yarrbat Place marked the coldest and wettest day of the year so far to welcome winter in the best possible way - sharing a delicious meal, great company, and plenty of conversation.
While guests enjoyed the warm atmosphere, Chef Shaun and Food Service team member Hannah worked behind the scenes in the Melosi kitchen to create a wonderful three-course winter feast featuring:
🥣 Seafood chowder with crusty bread
🥘 Beef Bourguignon with mash, braised onions, green beans and carrots
🍎 A choice of vanilla pannacotta with fresh berries or apple crumble with whipped cream
A wonderful afternoon filled with warmth, friendship, and hearty food - the perfect way to celebrate the start of winter.
