Our busy queen who juggles running her own business, flight attending and kicking her goals 🔥

No journey is ever easy, especially when you are juggling a lot but in the last 5 months, the shift we have made in her life has been unmatched

And it’s because we worked with her, not against her

There’s no magic wand to getting there, but when you are stuck in the same cycle, over and over again, it means something needs to shift

I’ve heard countless women say “I just can’t do it”

“I always fall off,
“I don’t have the discipline”

And sure some people are more structured than others, for some people it’s easier/in their nature to be high achievers

But honestly, most of the time it’s your approach & expectation is way too high to maintain in the first place

You put insane pressure on yourself from week 1 (I know because my girls do it without even realising)

You try to overhaul your life overnight

You expect to stay motivated 24/7

But most importantly you don’t know how to pull yourself out of a slump, to redirect

Instead you end up avoiding it completely, detaching from the goal and convincing yourself you’re “back at square one”

And the cycle repeats 🔁

I know it’s easier said than done, but it is done & I’ve done it with hundreds of girls

Don’t just commit to yourself in a one single season, commit to yourself in every season & you’ll watch the magic unfold

We have hit 3 years of coaching so it’s time for a reintroduction & a back story of Evolv Coaching Collective 🥹

Time has flown by, but in many ways it feels like I have lived a million lives since starting this space

I have grown as a person, I have grown even more as a coach & my community has grown with me 🤍

It’s not always easy & it was a big transition but it’s been something that has flown so naturally through me. I didn’t just start as an online “fit-influencer”, I worked at building a business

Evolv is a space for women 🫶🏼 I challenge my girls, I don’t let them play small, I call them out & I nurture them with everything I have

We are building something far beyond a small online coaching business, so stick around because it’s only going to get better ###
