Supporting a woman through her first pregnancy is special, but nurturing her as she returns to motherhood for a subsequent time is even more rewarding, because her need for selfcare is even greater 🙌🏼

I am extremely proud to be able to support women through all four trimesters. The fourth trimester brings immense love and beautiful reward…..but also exhaustion, confusion and challenges…mentally, emotionally and physically.

To hold space for women in a warm, welcoming, nurturing home-from-home environment is such a privilege.

Each postpartum treatment involves a health consultation and is tailored to your birth outcomes and individual needs.

Maternity Massage Sydney is growing with demand and collaborating with selected small businesses and specialist practitioners who are also passionate about women’s health!

Our new main clinic location will be in Baulkham Hills from July onwards (just 12 minutes away from Kings Langley). I will continue to offer the same specialised fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, scar therapy and women’s health services from the new location, and continue my services 2-3 Saturdays per month at .physiotherapy

May 5th is International Day of the Midwife.

To acknowledge the amazing work midwives do, you are encouraged to give a shout out to a marvellous midwife who made a positive impact to you and your family during your pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey, then now’s your chance! You are welcome to nominate a superstar colleague or friend who’s a midwife too!

To nominate a midwife or a midwife colleague/ friend, to be in with a chance to win an individually-tailored relaxing, rejuvenating and restful 60 minute Remedial Massage Treatment, please follow these instructions:

To enter:
Tag or name your amazing midwife in the comments
section.
Let us know where you received the care of your midwife (ie: in a hospital, at home, etc) and why you are nominating them (spread as much love as you need to about your nominee!!!).
You are welcome to tag the midwife’s business (if
relevant)
The T’s & C’s:
• The winner will be selected at random, but obviously the more nominations a midwife receives, the more chances they have of winning!
You will be contacted via direct message to ascertain the contact information of the lucky winner so the gift voucher can be emailed or posted direct to them.
Nominations close on Friday 9th May 2026 at midnight and the winner will be announced on Saturday 10th May via Instagram and Facebook.

Women never cease to amaze me…wife and super mum of two young busy beautiful girls- Tara- also, working full-time (with a big commute) throughout her pregnancy with her third baby girl, came for treatment regularly throughout her pregnancy to manage pelvic girdle, lower back and hip pain!

With a history of Endometriosis and a hypertonic pelvic floor, Tara was also receiving treatment from the amazing owner and senior women’s health physiotherapist .physiotherapy to manage her symptoms and help prepare her body for birth 🙌
