In the lead up to Mother’s Day we want to acknowledge that this day can be one of the hardest days for those grieving the loss of a mother or the loss of a child. If this is you, be sure to be gentle with yourself on this day. There is no right way to grieve — some find comfort in quiet reflection, prayer, visiting a resting place, looking through photographs, or simply speaking their loved one’s name.
