Everyone welcome the newest (and definitely cutest) addition to the ABD Physio team… Jordan Tyler Dao 🤍

Born 02.06.26 to proud parents Baz & Janel, and already keeping Dad busy with his newest role 🍼

We think baby Jordan might be our youngest physio in training yet 🫶

A very exciting announcement for the ABD family 💜

From the 1st–20th of June, Baz will be out of office as he takes some well deserved paternity leave and steps into his newest role yet… becoming a dad 👶

We’re so excited for this next chapter for Baz and his family and can’t wait to welcome the newest little member of the ABD crew. Wishing them all the love, rest and special moments over the next few weeks ✨

From limping into the clinic… to walking out moving comfortably again. 💜

After going to strike the ball during soccer, this client felt an immediate pull through his knee followed by pain, inflammation and difficulty walking. This was his very first consult with us, and after just one session with Andrew, the improvement was clear.

Using the right treatment approach, we were able to significantly reduce his pain and help him walk with far less discomfort 🙌

Baz went in blind and landed on… a lateral ankle sprain ⚡️

So what’s the first exercise he’s prescribing? Early-stage rehab focused on restoring strength, control and confidence through the ankle to get you moving properly again from day one.
