Our reputation is built every time one of you walks into a classroom, workplace, event or job wearing our name. This award is recognition of your work too, and I am extremely proud of the team we have built.
To Elizabeth and my family, thank you for everything that happens behind the scenes that very few people ever see — the long days, late nights, phone calls, paperwork, travelling, changing plans and the sacrifices that come with building a family business.
When we started this journey, the goal was never simply to become another training or service provider.

Community Service Announcement,
Closure – Friday 4 September 2026
A Notice to Our Clients and Community
Emergency Response & Security Services and New England North West First Aid Training and Security Services will be closed tomorrow, Friday 4 September 2026, while our family travels to Inverell to attend the funeral of a much-loved family member.
Tomorrow is a day for our family to come together, say our final goodbyes and take the time we need to grieve and support one another.
We respectfully ask for your understanding that our office, phones and administration services will be unattended for the day, and non-urgent enquiries will be responded to when we return.
We sincerely appreciate the kindness, patience and support that has been extended to our family during this incredibly difficult time.
