Hi guys
Just wanted to introduce myself to you if we haven’t yet met.
My name is Katrina and I’ve been servicing this area for well over a decade through different healing and wellness offerings.
I run monthly Breath & Sound sessions, as well as occasional half-day retreats focused on reconnecting back to SELF… slowing down, regulating the nervous system, and creating space to simply breathe and be.
I also offer 1:1 sessions including Breathwork, Energy & Sound Healing, and Mindset Coaching.
My work is particularly supportive for those who:
• struggle to switch their mind off
• feel stuck in stress, overwhelm or anxiety
• carry emotional heaviness or burnout
• experience shallow breathing patterns
• want support with nervous system regulation
• feel disconnected from themselves
• experience tension linked to anxiety, sinus issues, stress, or emotional holding in the body
Breathwork can help bring awareness back to the body and breathing patterns, while Sound & Energy work supports grounding, rebalancing the body’s energy centres (chakras), and creating a sense of calm, clarity, and reconnection within.
Everything I offer is held in a gentle, supportive and trauma-aware way. My focus isn’t on “pushing through”… it’s about helping people feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves again.
