Your class credits are now valid for the month meaning you don’t loose out if you miss a session. So whether you’re on a 2, 3 or 4 weekly membership you’ll have up to 16 credits to use at a rhythm you choose through out the month whilst experiencing the benefits of a full membership with us.

You’re invited to an evening of Breath, Restoration & Relaxation this Friday 4th of September 5-7pm.

Join the magical Tals & Ainsley, for an incredible two hour immersive experience moving through Himalayan Breathwork and Kriya Yoga before softening into a relaxing Sound Immersion. It’s an incredible mix of rejuvenation & restoration to help you feel grounded, nourished and balanced.

Plus this event is FREE for any of our current Village Members.

This offering is our gift to our wonderful community for each of you to find a moment to rest, try something new together and feel nourished as you receive and connect with one another. Whether it’s your first time into the retreat room, or have your perfect cosy spot already in mind - this is for you.

At the Village we offer movement in three Pillars to provide a holistic approach to wellbeing & health with Yoga being one of our main movement branches.

For us, Yoga is all about offering ultimate mind & body balance on your journey through a variety of different class styles for all bodies, levels & needs. Yoga is an invitation into a deeper way of living & moving and at the Village all of our classes are run by qualified Yoga teachers ready to welcome you into your practice.

Whether Yoga is about deepening your spiritual and inner worlds, having a consistent practice in your week or improving your wellbeing with rest, introspection and nervous system support - we have a class for you.

What a beautiful and full winter we’ve had at the Village ✨

Seeing our community connect and move together has been such a testament to our incredible members who make up our Village.

We’ve seen them grow, try new things, celebrate and reunite after time away, cheer each other on and bring such life to our little studio space.

A big thank you to everyone who enters our space, whether it’s for classes, workshops, appointments or just walking by and staying for a cuppa and chat - you’re the reason this place hums the way it does and we’re grateful for all you bring 🌻

REFORMER PILATES - Once you try it, you’ll wonder where it’s been all your life 🌻

We run Reformer Pilates classes every day at the Village and it’s our most popular class style. Focused on strength, mobility, full body movement that’s designed to feel good for everyone, these classes often get waitlisted because our community just can’t get enough!

From Open Reformer where everyone is welcome, to our specialised classes - Athletic reformer for those who want a stronger dynamic class, over 50’s for movement that’s designed for aging bodies and our mums, bumps & Bubs for our wonderful pre and postnatal community.

Our classes are small with a maximum of 7 people per session so that each person receive the guidance they need even in a group setting.

Whether you’re new to Pilates, have specific goals or just want to experience feel good moves our caring and knowledgeable instructors focus on the little details to make sure that you get what you need and best from your classes.
