ATHLETIC REFORMER 🔥 (formerly spicy Pilates)

The Village class that’s just a little bit more.

You’ll find all your favourite things you love about our signature Pilates classes - breath, intentional movement, good form, quality teaching, movement that feels good - just with a little more energy.

This is not like other athletic classes you’ve done. This class flows through advanced repertoire & feel good flows in a way that supports low impact cardio, intentional strength & a deeper appreciation for the full Pilates system (yep that also includes the jump board 😉)

Each week we focus on something different to give you an opportunity to get stronger & learn a new way of moving. Trust us, you’re going to love it.

You’ll find this class on our schedule every Tuesday evening and Saturday morning.

Introducing Dr Caz Butler from 🌸

Dr Caz is the newest addition to our growing beautiful of practitioners in our extended Village and we are so excited!

Caz is a doctor of Chinese Medicine & Accupuncturist practicing out of the Village every Tuesday morning & Thursday afternoon/evening with a growing schedule.

As a Chinese medicine Doctor and acupuncturist she works with all health needs and has a full dispensary of herbs at the Village to support all of her patients.

Her areas of support include:
• General health
• Women’s health, IVF, fertility, pregnancy & more
• Menstrual Support, including Endo, PCOS, &Pelvic Pain (Women & Teen)
• Cupping
• Cosmetic Acupuncture
• Immune system, respiratory & dermatology
• Stress, loss, & burn out
• Mental health
• Sleep & Nervous system support

Dr Caz comes with a deep amount of wisdom, experience and practice. She approaches her practice with care, depth & education ensuring her patients receive personalised and integrative care. This includes blood test analysis, cupping, Gua Sha, dietary & lifestyle support, acupuncture, Chinese medicine herbs & more. Caz has a special passion for working with women, ensuring each woman who enters her rooms is expertly supported, heard and understands their body.

Sessions with Dr Caz are available for Health Fund Rebates.

Happy Monday!

We are so excited to be starting our Term two classes this week 🌞

Prenatal Yoga starts this evening and we can’t wait to welcome in our pregnant mamas along with the rest of our term bookings through our the week.

If you’re not joining us for a Term course, we’re looking forward to guiding you through some feel good movement for the rest of the week.

Teen Reformer - Term 2 🌻

Do you have an active teen, or a teen that could benefit from all the joys of social sports but doesn’t connect with traditional groups?

Join us for Teen Reformer this term with .kustura

8 weeks of intentional movement designed for teen bodies that builds on skill, Pilates foundations and wellbeing each week.

Whether your teen is super active or enjoys more quiet movement spaces they’ll love these classes.
They’re fun, low pressure and offer a space to improve health, enhance performance (for teens in regular sports), build meaningful friendships & support nervous system regulation and wellbeing in a gentle way.

Classes are run by our superstar instructor Jess who is not only amazing at teaching Pilates but also has a passion for and lots of experience working with Teens.

Classes start next Tuesday 5th of May.
