Good morning beautiful souls 💜

What a whirlwind the past 5 weeks have been! Yes, I have been in hibernation. I had to pull all my energy back to me. I’ve been on one of the deepest healing journeys I feel I’ve ever been in. I have been working with the incredible Karnie Kamala, healing some very deep wounds that I didn’t even know were there. All while trying to navigate through all the energy the universe has been dishing out too, and that was exhausting enough all on its own. I’ve also been holding space for some family members who are navigating through some health challenges. That’s not completely over yet either and I will continue to hold space for my loved ones.

To say 2026 has been challenging is an understatement, not just for myself, but for many of you walking this path too. My advice would be to make sure you are giving yourself permission to unapologetically put yourself first. To give yourself the time and space you need to do what you need to do for you. People can, and will, wait. Simple as that. They will still be there when you come out the other side of taking care of your needs first.

I still have every intention of running the courses and teaching like I planned to do back in early July, the universe decided for me that I needed to do some deeper work on myself first. And that is ok.

Good morning everyone 🥰

I hope you’re all doing well 💜

We are currently in what I want to call a massive energy s**t storm 😳
We have been bombarded with so much of it over the last few weeks and a lot of souls are feeling very unsettled. We are in a Mercury Retrograde, we’ve had a new moon in Cancer (will play heavily on your emotions) and we’ve had solar flares non stop for the last few days.

If you’re struggling with it all, I hear you loud and clear! Here is what you could be experiencing but if you’re experiencing other symptoms, please feel free to share below.

Nervous system overload, emotions at high intensity, exhaustion, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, depressive thoughts, old memories resurfacing, body aches and pains, in particular legs, neck and loads of head pressure, dizziness, wobbly, teeth and jaw pain, headaches, nausea, loss of appetite, or opposite by feeling more hungry, extreme thirst, needing to be alone or craving solitude. Buzzing sensations through body. Emotions on overload so please sit with them and let come up to the surface what needs to be released. Outside noise can be a lot and your hearing may also be more sensitive than normal.

It is extremely important to listen to your body and act on what it needs. Some need movement to shift the energy whilst also needing rest, do both as it will support your body. Go for massage, osteo or Chiropractic if you need it to help release tension trapped in the physical body.

Please take care of you and listen to the call your body is sending out. Drink plenty of water and eat a good, clean nutritious diet 💜
