Now we're looking for passionate Disability Support Workers to join us.
The Role
This isn't a clock-in, clock-out kind of job.
You'll be supporting people in ways that matter, from personal care to community connection, from daily living to life-changing breakthroughs.
Expect variety. Expect impact. Expect to go home each shift knowing you've made a real difference.
Shifts run 24/7 - including weekends, sleepovers, and overnights. If you're up for it, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
• Support with daily living: showering, dressing, meds, meals
• Follow and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans
• Help participants connect with friends, with community, with life
• Encourage independence and skill-building
• Join in activities that spark joy and confidence
• Keep accurate records and meet compliance (because care without accountability isn't care)

• The ability to work solo or in a team, with honesty and heart
• Communication skills that connect - not just talk
What's Essential
First Aid & CPR
Driver's Licence + reliable car
Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check (last 6 months)
Comprehensive car insurance
24/7 availability
2x professional references
Experience in the industry
Bonus points if you've got:
Experience with complex behaviours
Confidence reading and applying Behaviour Support Plans
