Okay… this is pretty freaking exciting! 🥹❤️

I’ve officially been named a Top 100 AusMumpreneur finalist, which means I’ve been invited to Sydney for the awards!

Firstly, thank you SO much to everyone who nominated me. I honestly didn’t expect this, and it feels pretty bloody amazing to have the work I’m doing with Healing Tree Hub recognised in this way.

And do you know what? At this point, I genuinely don’t even care if I win.

Of course, if I did, I’d be absolutely freaking thrilled 😂 but for me, it’s actually more about the recognition.

It’s that moment where you get to stop for a second, take a breath and go, holy sh*t… look at what we’ve actually created.

Because it has been a LOT of hard work. A lot of late nights, stress, doubt, tears, figuring things out as I go, and pushing through when things have felt really bloody hard.

But then I look at what’s happening inside Healing Tree Hub and I realise how incredibly worth it all has been.

Especially this year.

Launching Heaven & Earth Level 2 and watching 28 students absolutely thrive has honestly been one of the highlights of my entire career. Seeing them learn a completely new modality, trust themselves, grow in confidence and realise that they can actually take these skills out into the world, create an income from them AND help thousands of other people… that is the stuff that makes my heart explode.

That’s the success I’m most proud of.

So this Top 100 recognition has come at such a beautiful time because it’s giving me a chance to actually stop and acknowledge it all.

To celebrate the business.
To celebrate my students.
To celebrate the community we’ve created.
And to celebrate just how far Healing Tree Hub has come.

And honestly, I think sometimes we’re so busy thinking about what’s next that we forget to stop and appreciate what’s happening right now.
And thank you again to everyone who nominated me. You have no idea how much this means. ❤️

💧 Can our words really affect water?

The work of Japanese researcher Masaru Emoto sparked a fascinating conversation about the relationship between words, intention and water.

Emoto claimed that water exposed to different words, sounds and intentions formed different crystal patterns when frozen and photographed.

His work has been widely debated, and it’s important to say that these experiments **haven’t established scientific proof that our thoughts or words physically change water**.

But it does leave us with a beautiful question…

If the words we speak to ourselves influence the way we feel, think and experience our lives, what kind of language are we choosing every day?
