The horses set the tone for every session.
Their energy field naturally expands through the shed and into the healing room, creating a calm, grounded space before any work even begins.
I start each session by meditating with them, allowing their steady, intuitive presence to clear the space, regulate the energy, and support whatever is ready to rise and be released.
Only then do I move into the therapy room, tuning into your energy and gently uncovering any trapped emotions or past experiences coming forward for healing.
These horses are powerful energetic partners in this work, and I’m grateful for the way they hold the field with me every single day. 🤍🐴
