NDIS 2026–2027 Pricing Update

Starting 1st July 2026

The new NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for 2026–2027 have now been released.

We've attached a great video from The Growing Space discussing the changes and updated pricing for those who would like to learn more. This page has excellent resources if you would like to go have a look.

One thing we often hear is, "Wow, that's a lot per hour!" While the published rates may seem high at first glance, these rates are designed to cover much more than a support worker's wage. They also contribute to superannuation, leave entitlements, insurance, training, compliance requirements, administration, vehicles, equipment, and the many other costs involved in delivering safe, high-quality supports.

For providers committed to employing skilled, experienced staff and maintaining quality services, the actual operating margins are often much smaller than people realise.

Disability Support Worker / Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) – SIL (Warragul) RNs welcome to apply also!

We have x 3 positions open for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers or Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EEN) to join our team in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Warragul.

This role involves supporting female participants in a 24/7 care environment, with a strong focus on person-centred care, dignity, and choice.

At All Aspects Care Services, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, respectful, and genuinely positive work environment where our team feels valued and supported.

About the Role:

- Provide daily support in a SIL home
- Assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily living tasks
- Support the participant to achieve their goals
- Work across a 24/7 rotating roster (including weekends and active nights as required)
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation

About You:

- Experience in the disability sector
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively

Requirements:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Police Check
- Valid driver’s licence
- Medication administration competency (or willingness to undertake training)
- Working with Children's Check

Important Note:
This position requires a female support worker in accordance with the participant’s preferences, in line with the principles of choice, control, and dignity under the NDIS.

These positions are open to applicants who are seeking a minimum of 15 hours per week and can work a range of all shift times.
