Is your SDA funding aligned with the home you need?

Too often, approved funding doesn’t match the requirements of modern SDA housing. This can leave people living in homes that no longer suit their needs or lifestyle.

At Adenium Living, we partner with SDA funding specialists experienced in SDA applications and reassessments. Together with participants, families and support teams, we help review funding and explore opportunities for upgrades where appropriate.

This may include changes such as:

'Existing Stock’ ➡️ 'New Stock' SDA funding
Category changes (e.g. Fully Accessible ➡️ High Physical Support)
Resident ratio adjustments (e.g. 1:3 ➡️ 1:2)
Housing type changes (e.g. Villa ➡️ House)

With more than 50 SDA projects across Metropolitan Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills, we can also help you find a home that truly fits your life. 🏠

If you’re finding the SDA funding process complex or overwhelming, our team of expert partners may be able to help. Contact us today:

🎄As the holiday season approaches, we would like to wish you and your families a safe and restful break.

2025 has been an exciting year as we welcomed over 35 residents into purpose-built SDA homes across Metropolitan Adelaide.

We also continued to expand our national footprint through our affiliate organisation in Victoria, InPlace Living, welcoming a further 90 residents, and made our first steps into the New South Wales market with several sites acquired and approvals underway.

It has been a pleasure connecting with you throughout the year at industry events and our Connect, Learn and Thrive SDA Networking event. Looking ahead, we have a strong pipeline of developments scheduled for completion in 2026.

📱Holiday support: Our team remains available over the break.
• Current vacancies are ready for immediate move-in: www.adeniuminliving.com.au/houses
• Property matters can be raised via maintenance request forms, with after-hours emergencies directed to 0447 802 985.

Adenium Living celebrates International Day of People with Disability and the theme of fostering disability inclusive societies for advancing social progress.

We are proud to support choice, independence and accessibility by building communities that are more inclusive. We recognise that accessible housing, quality support, and inclusive environments matter — they unlock opportunity, belonging, and choice.

Community is stronger when everyone belongs so let’s continue to champion inclusion, challenge barriers, and uplift the voices that need to be heard.
