At Mysa we know that Yoga can be a little scary or daunting if you’re new. Yoga can feel strange, sometimes even hard in your first few classes.

We would like to help you with feel a little more at ease throughout your practice. It doesn’t matter if you are new to Yoga or have been practicing for sometime, we can help increase your knowledge and your body awareness.

The fire ceremony was such a beautiful reminder to let go — of the emotions, thoughts and habits that no longer serve us. 🔥

How often do we find ourselves sinking into the same patterns, thoughts or behaviours simply because it’s what we’ve always done? Because it’s familiar. Because it’s part of our routine.

This retreat was a gentle reminder to shake things up.

To pause.
To listen — really listen.
To notice what we need.
And to keep finding new ways to nourish and nurture our ever-evolving selves. 🤍

But how do we bring this into our everyday lives?

✨ Step outside your comfort zone.
✨ Take a moment to reflect before reacting.
✨ Try a different class or move your body in a new way.
✨ Change up your usual routine.
✨ Take five minutes to sit quietly and breathe.
✨ Notice what you notice — without needing to change anything.

Sometimes transformation doesn’t have to be big or dramatic.

Sometimes it’s simply creating a little space to pause, listen and choose something different.

A gentle reminder that we are always evolving — and we have permission to evolve with intention. 🌿🔥
