๐ Business supporting social impact!
Last week we were pleased to welcome representatives from Tasmanian Gas Pipeline and Zinfra Operations Group to Self Help Workplace in Youngtown.
During their visit, Daniel, Angela & Rob generously donated six Samsung Galaxy tablets to Self Help. These tablets will be put to great use within our Life Skills programs, helping the people we support build digital skills, confidence, and greater independence.
We also had the opportunity to show our visitors around our Youngtown site and provide an insight into the work our teams undertake every day and how social enterprise can create meaningful and inclusive employment opportunities within our community.
A big thank you to Tasmanian Gas Pipeline and Zinfra for their generosity and for taking the time to learn more about Self Help.
Support from local businesses and organisations can make a real difference to social enterprises like ours, whether through donations, procurement, commercial work, or broader collaboration.
๐ค Could your business work with Self Help? Weโre always looking to build new partnerships that create commercial opportunities and meaningful employment for people living with disability.
