Let our team assist you with your business, catering, yard work, and timber product needs

03/11/2026

The Prime Timber Production team has been flat out lately, building new pallets, custom freight pallets, repairs and landscaping stakes for businesses across Tasmania. From agriculture to manufacturing to landscaping, if it needs to be stacked, shipped or staked, we can build for it.

Need pallets built to your specs? Send them through for a no-obligation quote. Call 03 6344 7133.

If a copy of the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia Spring Magazine has landed in your letterbox lately, it may well have passed through our hands first.

Our Merit Commercial Solutions team recently looked after the mail-out for the RFDS Spring Magazine. It's the kind of careful, detailed work our crew takes real pride in, and it was a privilege to play a small part in supporting an organisation that does so much for people in remote and regional communities.

Got a newsletter, magazine or mail-out coming up? Let us take it off your plate. Call 03 6344 7133.

Expecting clients, investors or an inspection on site this spring? First impressions start at the front gate.

Spruce Grounds Maintenance handles commercial and industrial sites across greater Launceston, from a regular mow schedule to a full clean-up ahead of a specific date. Fully safety compliant, and happy to work around what your site needs.

Got a product that needs assembling, bagging or boxing before it can go out the door?

Merit Commercial Solutions handles pick and pack, product assembly and flat pack jobs for local makers and small businesses, the kind of task that's too fiddly to slot in between everything else on your plate. Done properly, at a fair price, by a team that does this work every day.

Send us the details and we'll quote it.

27/10/2026

Shredding, pick and pack, mail-outs, print finishing, even the rags your workshop uses, there's a decent chance Merit Commercial Solutions is behind more of it than you'd expect.

It's not one service, it's a handful of them, all running out of the same building for local businesses who'd rather hand off the fiddly, time-consuming jobs than do them in-house.

Not sure if what you need falls under what we do? Just ask, chances are it does.

Packing away the winter coats? Encore Clothing will happily take the ones you're not keeping.

As wardrobes turn over for spring, donated coats, jumpers and boots get checked, washed and put back into circulation for someone who needs them through next winter. Clothes, shoes, handbags, books and bric-a-brac are all welcome, our one rule is simple: don't donate anything you wouldn't hand to a friend.

Drop donations at the on-site bin, in store, or at reception, 414 Hobart Road, Youngtown, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.

23/10/2026

Encore regulars, this one's for you.

Sign up in store for a loyalty card and every $100 you spend earns an entry into our voucher draw, held up to four times a year, with no limit on how many completed cards you can enter. Members also get first word on new stock and upcoming sales.

Ask in store next time you visit to sign up.

Morning tea for a good cause!

Yesterday we hosted our Pink Ribbon morning tea at the Self Help Workplace canteen. It was a great event with lots of delicious goodies made by our team in Plenty Catering and Hire. Lots of people were decked out in pink and made some generous donations to the cause!

Spring clean extends to the filing cabinet too.

Merit Commercial Solutions offers secure document destruction for Launceston businesses, from a single box to a full office clean-out. We deliver a wheelie bin to your site, collect it once it's full, and everything is ribbon-cut and baled for recycling.
