Where do I now find a space to stay connected — to myself, to others, to this shared intention of authenticity and empathy? I'd love to have an empathy buddy... but I wouldn't know who. 💫

I've heard this enough times now, so — let's just do it. ❤️

This isn't a workshop. Just an occasion to reconnect with each other, with ourselves, and with what we've been building together.

We'll meditate, check in, play some connection games, and let the rest unfold ✨

I've heard this enough times by now, so I thought... let's just do it. ❤️

That’s not a workshop, just an occasion to reconnect with each other, reconnect with ourselves, and with what we’ve been building together.
We'll meditate, check in, play some connection games, share food (because I'm Italian... and feeding people is definitely one of my love languages 😄), and then just let the evening unfold.

Over one week we'll be gathering for meditations, authentic conversations, a neighbourhood potluck, and practical workshops inspired by Nonviolent Communication.
A chance to slow down, meet the people living around you, and create a little more community right where we live.

Matthias and I spent the day cooking, creating, packing things, missing trains, catching trains, and making our way towards the forest where we'll be hosting tomorrow's workshop.

I always find it a bit lonely that participants mostly see the workshop itself.

The location set.
The exercises.
The conversations.

But there is also all this.

The chopping of vegetables.
The "did we remember everything?"
The ideas that arrive at the last minute.
The excitement.
The uncertainty.
The trust that somehow what is needed will emerge once people are together.

Tomorrow we'll explore boundaries, honesty, and connection.

Today we're preparing a place where that can happen.

And now, off to the forest 🌿 (S7 permitting 😅)

Authentic Voice is not about singing beautifully.

It's about listening deeply enough to allow whatever is alive in you to be expressed.

A sound.
A breath.
A trembling.
A silence.

A gentle return to yourself.

How often do we break our own agreements?

Not because we're lazy.
Not because we don't care.

Often, it's because one part of us said "yes" while another part was never fully on board.

In this weekend workshop, we'll explore boundaries not only with others, but also within ourselves. Through Nonviolent Communication, embodied exercises, and honest dialogue, we'll learn how to listen to the parts that resist, rebel, and sabotage—and discover what they actually need.
