There are some paths we choose… and others that feel like they have been quietly calling us all along.
End-of-life work is one of those paths.
It isn’t about having the perfect words or knowing how to fix what cannot be fixed. It is about learning how to stay. To listen. To hold space. To walk beside another human being through grief, change, uncertainty and the sacredness of their final chapter.
This October, I’m opening another small circle for my 7-Month End-of-Life Doula Certification Program through The Souls Nest.
Over seven months, we will explore the practical pieces of this work—grief and bereavement, advance care planning, legacy work, family dynamics, communication and building your practice—but we will also explore something just as important:
Who you are when someone needs you to simply be there.
This training is for caregivers, healers, hospice volunteers, healthcare workers, spiritual practitioners—or anyone who feels that little pull inside saying, I think I’m meant to do this.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to feel the call.
Begins October 7, 2026
6:00–8:00 PM
Carleton Place
7-month training
Limited to 7 participants

If this keeps tugging at you, maybe there’s a reason.
