Have you ever felt energy in your hands?

Have you ever walked into a room and instantly sensed the energy?

Have you ever known something before there was any logical reason to know it?

What if those experiences weren't your imagination?
What if they were invitations?

This July, I'm opening the doors to a small Reiki I training at The Souls Nest.

Over two gentle evenings, we'll explore energy, intuition, healing, and connection. You'll receive your Reiki Level I attunement, learn how to work with Reiki for yourself and others, and experience the beautiful integration of sound healing.

This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about remembering who you've always been.

Some days, chronic illness looks dramatic.
Most days, it looks like this.

A collection of bottles on a table. A handful of pills. Doctors' appointments. Bloodwork. Trying one more medication. Adjusting another. Hoping this one helps.
It is waking up tired after a full night's sleep. It is cancelling plans you were excited about. It is smiling when people ask how you are, because explaining feels exhausting.

It is carrying an invisible weight while still showing up for your family, your work, your friends, and your life.
People often see the moments. The flare. The diagnosis. The treatment.

What they don't see is the daily negotiation that happens behind the scenes: How much energy do I have today? Can I push through this pain? Will I pay for it tomorrow?

Living with chronic illness teaches a different kind of strength. Not the strength of pushing harder. The strength of adapting. Of resting when needed. Of starting over again and again. Of finding joy in the middle of uncertainty.

To anyone carrying an invisible illness today:
I see you.

Your struggle is real. Your exhaustion is real. Your pain is real.

And so is your resilience.

One day, one breath, one pill, one moment at a time.

There is something sacred about being held in life’s hardest moments.

As an End-of-Life Doula, I offer gentle, heart-led support for individuals and families walking through grief, illness, death, and the tender spaces in between.

This work is not about fixing.
It is about presence.
About sitting beside someone and reminding them they do not have to walk this path alone.

Whether you are navigating anticipatory grief, supporting a loved one, wanting guidance through end-of-life planning, or simply needing someone to hold space with compassion and care… I am here.

There are some losses the world moves past too quickly.
But a mother’s heart never does.

This 6-week healing container is for women who have experienced pregnancy loss, infant loss, stillbirth, miscarriage, or the loss of a baby at any stage of the journey.

🤍 connection + conversation
🤍 journaling + healing practices
🤍 being held without needing to “move on”

This is not about fixing grief.
This is about learning how to carry it with tenderness.

Something sacred is opening…

And it’s not for everyone.

But if you feel the quiet pull toward sitting with others in their most tender moments…
toward holding space where most people turn away…
you’ll feel this.

The Sacred Art of Goodbye

A 6-Week Grief & Remembrance Circle

Grief is one of the most human experiences we carry, yet so often it is something we feel we must walk through alone.

The Sacred Art of Goodbye is a gentle six-week container created to hold space for the many layers of love, loss, memory, and healing that follow the death of someone dear to us. Together we gather in a compassionate circle where stories can be shared, tears are welcome, and every expression of grief is honoured.

Through guided conversation, reflection, and simple rituals of remembrance, we explore how grief lives in the body, how memories become legacy, and how love continues long after someone has gone.

This is not about “moving on” from grief.
It is about learning how to carry love forward while slowly finding our footing again.

Each week we will explore themes such as:
• Naming and witnessing our grief
• Understanding how grief lives in the body
• Honouring memory and legacy
• Holding space for the unspoken emotions of loss
• Continuing bonds with those we love
• Living forward with love and meaning

This circle is also a beautiful space for those who feel called to deepen their understanding of death, dying, and the role of compassionate presence at end of life.

As a certified death doula, I will gently weave insights from this work throughout our time together.
For those curious about death doula work or wishing to learn how to better support loved ones through loss, this container offers a meaningful place to begin exploring that path.

You are welcome exactly as you are — whether your loss is recent or many years old.

Because grief shared in community can soften even the heaviest hearts.

Senior Companion Services

There is something deeply sacred about slowing down, being present, and sharing real human connection.

I offer 1:1 companion visits for seniors who could use a friendly face, a listening ear, and a little extra light in their day. Whether it’s sharing stories, going for a gentle walk, playing a game, enjoying a cup of tea, or simply sitting together in quiet company — these moments matter.

This is about connection, dignity, and feeling seen.
No rushing. No agenda. Just heart-centered presence.

If you have a loved one who could benefit from compassionate companionship, I would be honoured to support them 🤍
