• Simple, actionable strategies you can implement immediately

If you’re leading a team — or just trying to keep it together on a busy day — this is worth your time.

How many people know that slowing down and taking a breath is important? Hands up✋

And how many of you have a hard time actually doing it?

We see those hands ✋

We all know the advice: "Take a breathe." "Slow down." "Regulate your nervous system"

It’s become background noise, something we know we should do, but never quite get around to.

We also all know that an automated notification is easy to swipe away. And our good intentions are easy to ignore when we're busy.

The Slow Down is different. It’s a live, 30-minute reset. It’s a real person and a real appointment with yourself. It’s the difference between an app you never open and a commitment you actually keep.

Here's your chance. Put it on the calendar.

Join us: Thursdays at Noon.
$12 drop-in or Pay What You Can.

If you’re looking for a group of women with a little bit of ‘woo’, but that still feels safe and grounded.

You’re tired of overthinking and would love some practical ways to move forward with intention.

You’re navigating change; Kids, Career, Relationships, Health… And would love to feel less alone.

You finally have (or wish you had) space to ask: “What do I actually want?” But have no idea how to answer that question.

The Spring Thaw group could be for you.

Starts March 25th. Six weeks. In person. $325 +HST

Spring Thaw blends simple grounding practices, guided visualizations, and prompts for reflection. It’s a small group designed to feel supportive and accessible, even if this kind of group is new to you.

We're really looking forward to this event. Lot's of space for questions, discussion, and such valuable perspectives to draw on.

We hope to address questions like:
What do youth wish parents knew about these topics?
What are the links between sleep, tech, and mental health?
How can I bring this up without it being a battle?
What are others doing to help support healthy boundaries and conversations at home?

Registration is required: www.trellishealth.ca/workshops

Pay What You Can/By donation fee goes toward the youth center and speaker honorariums.
