HaTha Yoga Room offers classes for all levels. We strive to provide a safe place for all to enjoy their yoga practice. We offer yoga classes for all levels.

We are a yoga studio in beautiful down town Amherst. Everyone is welcome and we hope you will join our yoga community

Some exciting things happening this month!

Ellie is back on the schedule with her Hot Yoga Flow Jams class! The themes for November will be:
Nov 2 - Florence & The Machine
Nov 9 - The Beatles
Nov 16 - Cover Songs
Nov 23 - Hilary Duff
Nov 30 - Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour

AND Josh is currently taking his Yoga Teacher Training and needs some practice teaching hours. He will be offering FREE Hot Yoga on Fridays 6-7pm. (Sign up still required and can be done at hathayogaroom.ca)

TODAY September 30th is Truth and Reconciliation Day.

Tonight at 6pm will be a KARMA HOT YOGA class.

Karma Yoga classes are donation only classes where the funds raised go to support an organization or cause.

100% of funds donated will be sent to the Elsipogtog Powwow organization of the Elsipogtog First Nation. AND all donations will be MATCHED by HaTha Yoga Room.
