6M into 2026 and I still feel like I’m continuously evolving. And I know that’s the point.

Not in a “new year, new me” way…
but in “this version of me has been quietly building for years kind of way.”

AfterGlow started as a personal journal.

I was tired of chasing control—over my weight, food, perfection. Tired of waiting for more effort to finally unlock ‘enoughness.’

This self-development growth has never been easy. Entrepreneurship & creating out of the unknown will bring you to your knees.

It will surface every limiting belief you’ve ever had about your worth, your work, your body.

But if you let it, it’ll also reveal you.

✨The deeper I go—into entrepreneurship, into healing, into AfterGlow— the more I see it’s about letting go, allowing & becoming.

Not someone new.
But someone honest.
Someone more like ‘you.’

This work has never been just about fitness. Or food. It’s about what happens when women stop fighting their bodies and start feeling empowered in them.

When strength becomes a felt sense—not a box you check.

When softness isn’t weakness, but wisdom.

There’s been seasons on this journey that felt like nothing was blooming.

But I kept watering.
Kept showing up.

And now…

what started as one tiny seed—planted from my own pain and healing—is blooming into an alpine meadow of hundreds of beautiful wildflowers.🌸

Not perfectly curated. Not always orderly. But so full of life.

The kind of growth you can feel.

Women lifting.
Women letting go.
Women remembering they were never broken.

AfterGlow isn’t just a brand you follow.
It’s a movement you feel.
A method that works.
A mirror that reflects you back to yourself.
A return to what’s always been yours.
And we’re only just getting started…

The problem is—you can’t change what you aren’t aware of. Diet culture is all up in your mind, so we need to dig out your old storylines and shift from restrict to empowered (which again, has NOTHING to do with food!)🤍

One thing I talk about a lot inside AfterGlow is identity. A lot of women want to “get back to their skinny body.”

But what if, you don’t need to go back to her. What if you outgrew her?✨
