"You've Got Mail" ✉️

An important message comes through this week.

You may receive unexpected news you've been waiting for—or news you never saw coming. For some, this could be a message from an old love resurfacing, a new romantic interest reaching out, or a potential connection finally making their intentions known. For others, it may be a reconnection with an old friend, someone you haven't spoken to in months or even years suddenly finding their way back into your life. Sometimes these reconnections arrive to remind us of who we were, how far we've come, or to open a new chapter where an old one once ended.

Others may receive a phone call about a job opportunity, an acceptance, an interview, or a decision that helps them move forward. Some may hear from a doctor with answers they've been seeking. Others could receive news involving family, finances, housing, travel plans, legal matters, or an opportunity that suddenly appears when it seemed all doors were closed.

Whatever form it takes, expect movement where there has been waiting and expect clarity where there has been uncertainty.

Distraction has become a culture of its own.

We are constantly told to want more, achieve more, become more. There is always another goal, another milestone, another version of ourselves we're supposed to be chasing. We are taught that stillness means complacency, that contentment means we've settled, and that if we aren't relentlessly pursuing something bigger, there must be something wrong.

But what if there isn't?

What if peace is not found in having more, but in needing less?

What if the endless hunger for the next thing is what keeps us from fully arriving in the life we already have?

And what if you're already giving everything you have?

What if you've shown up, done the work, stayed committed, and the breakthrough still hasn't come?

Does that mean you abandon the dream? Does it mean you stop loving what calls to you?

I don't think so.

Because some things are not measured by how quickly they reward you. Some things are measured by how deeply they move you.

If you love something with your whole heart, if you feel it in your soul, if it continues to pull you forward despite the setbacks and disappointments, then perhaps its value was never in what it could give you. Perhaps its value is in who it is helping you become.

Not every meaningful path comes with immediate proof that you're on the right track.

Sometimes the deepest knowing is quieter than that.

Sometimes it simply whispers: keep going.

Not because success is guaranteed, but because a soul rarely falls in love with something that was never meant to teach it something important.

Being a spiritual person has very little to do with religion, groups, doctrines, or belief systems. At its simplest, spirituality is about following your own soul's journey—listening to what it needs, what it longs for, and having the courage to walk that path.

If your path aligns with others, that's beautiful. If it doesn't, that's perfectly fine too. Spirituality isn't about fitting into a mold or seeking validation from a community. It's not something that can be handed to you by a teacher, church, or philosophy.

True spirituality is the relationship you have with yourself. It's the willingness to know who you are beneath the noise, to trust your inner guidance, and to honor the experiences your soul came here to have.

Your spiritual path is your soul's purpose unfolding in real time. Everything else is simply a tool that may or may not help you along the way. 🧘🏻‍♀️

And just like that, it’s a wrap.

Today marks the end of my 13-show tour across Western Canada with Galaxy Psychic Fairs, finishing here in Kamloops. What an incredible ride it has been.

I’m beyond grateful for the memories made, the laughs shared with the other readers, and the amazing turnout at every stop along the way.

Most of all, thank you to every person who sat across from me, shared a piece of their story, and trusted me with a moment of their journey.

My cup is full, my heart is grateful, and now the adventure home begins. Until next time, Western Canada. ❤️✨

Don’t forget about yourself in the chaos of everything you’re trying to build. This was once your dream. These were the things you prayed for, worked for, cried for—so don’t become so overwhelmed by the weight of it all that you forget you once wanted it.

Slow down enough to be present with your own life. Be mindful. Take time. Take space. Sit in the sun with no destination. Walk barefoot in the grass. Breathe deeper. Let yourself soften while you continue to grow.

Expansion doesn’t always have to be loud or rushed. Sometimes it looks like resting, reconnecting, and remembering yourself along the way.

Happy long weekend 💐

Where have I been?

On March 5th, I hit the road with Galaxy Psychic Fairs, traveling through cities across Ontario and Western Canada. This weekend finds me in Calgary, soaking in the beautiful weather and taking a moment to breathe.

This journey has stretched me in every way. There have been moments of pure exhaustion, times where I’ve had to retreat and reset, and others filled with laughter, connection, and real joy. I don’t take any of it for granted. The people I’ve met, the readers I’ve connected with has been a dream.

The tour isn’t over yet. After Calgary, I’ve got four more shows lined up before I head home.

So if my replies are a little slower right now, know it’s intentional. I’m protecting my energy so I can keep showing up fully for the work and for the people I meet along the way.

With love xo

Being single isn’t a problem to solve—it’s a space that reveals things you might otherwise ignore.

So ask yourself honestly: are you actually unhappy, or are you just uncomfortable being alone with your own thoughts?

A lot of people say they’d be happier in a relationship. But when you really sit with that… why? Is it because you want love, or because you want distraction? Is it connection, or is it validation? Is it companionship, or is it someone to fill the silence you haven’t learned to sit in yet?

Because here’s the truth most people avoid: whatever you believe a relationship will give you—peace, excitement, reassurance, worth—you are already responsible for creating that within yourself first.

If you feel lonely now, a relationship might soothe it temporarily, but it won’t fix it. If you feel unworthy now, someone else’s love will feel fragile, because deep down you won’t trust it. If you don’t know how to make yourself happy, you’ll slowly expect someone else to carry that weight—and that’s where things start to break.

Being single is not a lack. It’s an opportunity.
It’s where you learn how to enjoy your own company without needing constant noise. It’s where you build a life that feels full on your own terms. It’s where you figure out what actually makes you feel alive, grounded, and fulfilled—without outsourcing that responsibility.

Then, if and when someone comes in, they’re not there to complete you. They’re there to add to something that’s already whole.

So instead of asking, “Would I be happier in a relationship?” try asking, “What am I expecting someone else to give me—and how can I start giving that to myself right now?”

That’s where everything shifts.
