Your skin does most of its repairing while you sleep, so what you do at night actually matters more than you'd think.
But this isn't just about products. Lowering your stress before bed shows up ON your face, less cortisol means less inflammation, fewer breakouts, calmer skin. A few of my favorite wind-down rituals:
Warm bath to bring cortisol down.
A few minutes of facial massage to get that lymph moving.
Dim the lights to cue your nervous system that it's time to rest.
Nourishing skincare while your skin's in repair mode.
Journaling to dump the mental clutter.
Herbal tea to round it all out.
