Stretching your chest for 30 seconds a day can make a meaningful difference. ✨
Stand in a doorway, place both forearms on the frame at 90 degrees, and gently lean forward until you feel a stretch across the front of your chest and shoulders. Hold for 30 seconds, twice a day. This is one of the most practical resets you can do for upper body posture.
