We have a spooktacular lineup of Halloween fun planned for our residents, families, and little visitors! 🍬🕸️

🦇 FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30TH
🎃 2:00 PM – Door-to-door trick-or-treat through Tranquility Place
👻 3:00 PM – Casper the Friendly Ghost in our theatre with fresh homemade popcorn 🍿
🎶 7:00 PM – Spooktacular performance by the Synchronicity Duo!

🧙‍♀️ SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31ST
🎨 9:30 AM – Paint mini pumpkins
✨ 2:30 PM – A Halloween magic show!
🎬 7:00 PM – Beetlejuice in our theatre

🍭 A FEW SPOOKY REMINDERS!

Last night, our Tranquility Place residents came together for our FIRST Trivia & Pub Night — and what a fun night it was! ❤️

There were laughs, cheers, some serious brainpower, and maybe a few “I knew that!” moments! 😂

We loved seeing everyone having fun, connecting, and making memories together.

Thank you to all the residents, families, and friends that joined us for this fun & special night. We’re so excited to host the next one, and we hope to see you at our next Trivia Night! 🤞🏼

It’s World Alzheimer’s Day 💜

At Tranquility Place, we got cozy this cool morning with some Maple Vanilla Lattes while we put together purple Alzheimer’s pins to hand out around the home.

Today, we wear purple to honour those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, as well as the families, friends, and caregivers who walk alongside them.

Together, we raise awareness, share compassion, and remember that every person is so much more than a diagnosis. 🎗️💜

What a wonderful time we had last Friday afternoon! 💃🎶❤️

Our residents had the absolute BEST time visiting our friends at Chartwell Deerview Crossing in Hamilton for Happy Hour and some fantastic live musical entertainment! 🥂🎤

The music was playing, the smiles were endless, and the dance floor was definitely the place to be! 💃🕺 It was so heartwarming watching residents from both homes dancing together, laughing, singing along and simply enjoying each other’s company.

A huge thank you to the Deerview Crossing team and residents for welcoming us so warmly and making our visit such a special one. We had so much fun that we’re already looking forward to the next time! 🥰

There’s nothing better than good music, great company and an afternoon filled with memories. ❤️🎶✨
